Common Questions

How is this different from regular coaching?

Most coaching is advice-based. This is implementation-based. We don't tell you what to do — we build the systems, accountability structures, and behavioral architecture that make doing it inevitable. Every protocol is grounded in peer-reviewed neuroscience, not personal opinion.

How much time does this require per week?

Plan for 30-60 minutes of focused implementation work daily, plus a bi-weekly 60-minute coaching session. The goal isn't to add more to your plate — it's to restructure how you're spending existing time so it compounds.

Do I need any specific wearables or devices?

Not required, but recommended. If you already have an Oura Ring, Whoop, Garmin, or similar device, we'll integrate that data. If not, we'll work with what you have and recommend appropriate tools based on your goals.

What happens after the 90 days?

You'll have a fully personalized sustainability roadmap for the following 12 months. For clients who want to continue, we offer ongoing support through the flagship annual program (currently in development) and alumni community.

Is there a guarantee?

We don't offer refunds after program access is granted. We do offer a 20-minute pre-enrollment discovery call so we can both verify fit before you commit. We only accept clients we're confident we can help.

How many clients do you take at once?

By design, this is a small cohort. We maintain a maximum of 10-15 active clients at any time to preserve the quality of attention and customization each client receives.
